It was just announced that John McCain will be a half hour early, so likely the schedule will be bumped up.

Maybe people will stop making all those age jokes about Senator McCain if he keeps making campaign appearances at old-fashioned picnics in front of war antiquities museums, and arriving a half-hour early for dinner.
