Tom Allen is not (D-Portland). He is (ME-01) or (D-ME) or just (D). The same with Susan Collins- she is not (R-Bangor). She is (Sen-ME) or (R-ME) or just (R). Specifying the town or city in which they reside or hail from is misleading. That convention is used primarily for state-level politicians.

Why is it that when Charlie Summers simply calls on his opponent to return money given from a hedge fund manager, that it's considered "an attack?"
It was a challenge...something the press has long ago stopped doing. So Summers, a brave egg in my opinion, simply asked her to return the money. No attack, just a challenge.
