TABOR

Three petitions, a new version of TABOR, a car excise tax reduction and a health care choice initiative will be dropped off at the Secretary of State's Office on Monday, the day before the 2008 election.

Once the signatures are certified by the Secretary of State, they will then go to the Legislature for an up or down vote.  Assuming the Legislature says nay, each of the referendum will appear on the November ballot a year from now.

Sure you do.  It was "An act To Ensure Responsible Government Spending,Investment  and Educational Efficiency" --which is a long way of saying - the bill to shut the TABOR people up.
